Outpatient Service & Emergency

The outpatient and emergency department is the largest obstetrics and gynecology center in Zhejiang Province, with 500,000 patients a year. The outpatient service consists of gynecology, obstetric, family planning, Chinese traditional gynecologic medicine, women-health-care service and special disease service. The working homes for outpatient is from 8Am to 5Pm without break, making it convenient for those living far away from the hospital. The emergency is 24-hours day for emergency and critical Patients. There are 20-specialty officers open, Monday though Friday. Patients with special diseases can find respective treatment, such as infertility, family planning, gynecologic oncology, reproductive endocrine, plastic gynecology, diseases in need of endoscope treatment for , cervical diseases, conservative therapy for uterine leiomyoma, endometriosis, pelvic pain, STD, male infertility, neonatal diseases, pediatric gynecology,sex counseling, pathologic and genetic counseling, and breast diseases. In the obstetric outpatient section, there are special rooms used for high-risk pregnancy, pregnancy complicated with liver disease, vascular-myocardial disease, as well as prenatal diagnosis center, besides regular pregnancy inspection. The physical therapy room, fluorescence room and operation room, supply patients with high-quality examination and treatment using electronic vaginoscope, hysteroscope, salpingography, laser and microwave apparatus. To the convenience of outpatients, physicians are also ready for them to deal with internal medicine diseases.
