The Department of Pharmacy, set up in 1953, consists of an outpatient dispensary, an inpatient dispensary, a dispensary of herbal medicne, a pharmaceutical preparation room, a drug inspection room, and a clinical pharmaceutical room. Its staff is composed of pharmaceutical personnel only, of whom 3 are Associate Chief Pharmacists with a senior professional title, 16 are Pharmacists-in-charge with a medium professional title. Its staff members have published more than 20 articles in the national medical journal in the past two years. With its peculiar self-made medicine the Department has earned an annual output value of as 5,000,000 RMB yuan, The curative effect of its medicines is satisfactory to the customers and has won the acceptance of society. The Department, on the basis of its original work, has established the Dile Inductrial and Trade Co. Ltd., and developed three products namely,Dile women's cleaner, Dile lubricant and Dile Pudenda lotion all sanctioned by the Zhejinag Provincial Department of Health.These products brought in an annual sale value of about 4,000,000 RMB Yuan. Research Orientation: Pharmacetical Science is the science of human in essence. So the Parmacy Department strongly advocates the humanistic spirit of justice, ethics and love and the ideas of stimulating, combating and striving for perfection.While exploring the vein medicine allocation PIVAS and the industrialization of qualifed pharma ceutical preparation, the department is activating and perfecting the management of GPP (Good Pharmacy Practice). So as to bring in a new modern mode of service which substitutes a complete pharmacentical service for patients for the supply and administration of medicine only.
